Siket Bank completed its 2023/24 fiscal year performance review today. The 2023/24 fiscal year report of Siket Bank was presented by the president of our bank, Ato Damtew Alemayehu, and our bank has been providing inclusive financial services in the past years. He stated that he is moving to provide comprehensive and integrated banking services using modern technology and professionals with advanced skills.
In the fiscal year, the bank earned 2.3 billion birr. This is a 42 percent increase compared to the same year last year. Our bank made a total profit of 1.6 billion birr in the fiscal year, showing a growth of 49 percent compared to the same period last year.
Speaking on behalf of the members of the Board of Directors at the meeting of the day, Dr. Meskerem Mitiku stated that our bank is working to fulfill its mission of providing financial services to its customers, shareholders, employees, and the entire society. Although it had an impact on our bank, they expressed their gratitude for being able to achieve excellent results in the fiscal year without succumbing to all these challenges.
Finally, trophies and certificates were given to the districts and branch offices that achieved outstanding performance in the financial year, and various awards were presented to the employees who performed well in various projects of the bank.
